How can I participate in auction?

To participate, you must enter your credit card information and ensure that you have enough funds to cover the initial item value. Once that's set, you can place bids easily by using the action buttons during the auction.

When and how do I pay for items?

To participate in an auction, you must have enough funds on your credit card to cover the initial bid. A deposit is taken when you enter the auction to ensure security and transparency. With each bid increment, we automatically deposit the difference to secure your bid. If you win, you'll be charged the remaining balance based on the final bid amount after the auction ends. All other participants will have their deposits fully refunded.

How can I collect my items?

There are two options for collecting your items. You can either have them shipped to your preferred address after winning the auction, or you can pick them up at a designated local address near the match location.

How is my credit card collected and stored?

Your credit card data is safely collected and stored using a Stripe platform. Credit card data is deleted after each auction finishes.

What does "Final bid" button means?

The Final Bid button is used to place a decisive bid that instantly secures your win in the auction. By selecting this option, you guarantee that no further bids can be placed, and you automatically win the item.
